Barney Cissell

A funeral service will be held Friday, April 23, 1999, for 92-year-old Barney Cissell of Perryville, who died Tuesday.

He was born May 13, 1906 in Perryville, the son of August and Mary Florence (McCauley) Cissell, who both preceded in death.

He married Verna T. Taylor, she preceded in death.

Survivors include; three daughters, Audrey Pelletier of Acushnet, Mass., Jo Anne Streiler of Perryville, and Donna Dobsch of Festus. Two sisters, 10 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren also survive.

He was an American Legion Booster.

Visitation Thursday from 4:30-9:00 p.m. and Friday from 6:30-9:20 am.

A funeral mass for Barney Cissell will beheld at 10 a.m. Friday at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church.

Burial at Mount Hope Cemetery with the Rev. Francis Agnew officiating.

Memorials can be made to St. Judes Children’s Hospital.
