Funeral Mass will be on Thursday, July 29, 1999 for 86 year - old, Ruth "Laura" Brown of Perryville, who died Sunday.

Born on November 8, 1912, in St. Mary, the daughter of Andrew and Rose (Blandford) Lawrence, who both preceded in death.

She married Martin Brown on May 23, 1933, and he preceded in death in 1970.

She is survived by several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, 5 brothers, and 4 sisters.

She was a member of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Silver Lake.

Visitation will be on Wednesday from 6 - 8 pm, at Young and Sons Chapel, in Perryville. Visitation will also be on Thursday morning from 9:30 - 10 am, at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, in St. Louis. A funeral mass for Ruth "Laura" Brown, will be at Holy Trinity, on Thursday, at 10am. The wake service will be on Wednesday night at 7 pm. The Rev. Richard Creason will officiate, and burial will be in Calvary Cemetery in St. Louis.
