Fayette "Faye" L. LaRose A funeral will be held Tuesday, July 6th for 78-year-old Fayette "Faye" L. LaRose of Perryville who died Saturday, July 3rd, at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau. She was born August 24th, 1920 in Kaskaskia, Illinois, the daughter of Francis Xavier and Clara Lipscomb Buatte who both preceded in death. She married Valmer J. LaRose on August 10th, 1942. He preceded in death. She is survived by two daughters: Gail A. Reiss of Perryville and Sandy K. Wills of Cape Girardeau. One sister also survives: Muriel Hart of St. Louis. She was also preceded in death by three sisters, three brothers and one grandson. She was a machine operator for the International Shoe Co. in Perryville. She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church and the VFW Auxiliary in Perryville. Visitation was held Monday afternoon from 4:30-9 p.m. and Tuesday from 6:30-9:35 a.m. at the Young and Sons Funeral Home. Catholic wake Monday evening at 7 at the funeral home. A funeral mass for 78-year-old Fayette "Faye" L. LaRose of Perryville will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Perryville. Burial at the Mt. Hope Cemetery. The Rev. Kevin Fausz will officiate. Memorials are preferred to the Alzheimer's Association in member of Valmer J. LaRose. |
