Irma Agnes Klobe

Funeral service will be held Wednesday, March 17, 1999, for 81-year-old Irma Agnes Klobe of Perryville, who died Sunday at Perry County Nursing Home.

She was born on July 31, 1917, in Perry County, the daughter of the late August and Mary Louise (Cissell) Smith.

She was married to Harold Klobe on May 23, 1936. He survives in Perryville.

The following children survive: Joan Klobe Pratt of Greeley, CO; Carole Louise Fontes of Boise, ID; and Harold "Ron" Klobe of Lebanon, MO.

Seven grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren also survive.

She was preceded in death by four brothers and sisters.

She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church and the Ladies Sodality.

Visitation will be Tuesday, March 16 from 5-9 p.m. at Young and Sons Chapel and on Wednesday, March 17, from 6:30 a.m. until 1:45 p.m. There will be a parish wake Tuesday at 7 p.m.

Funeral Mass for Irma Agnes Klobe will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. Rev. Rich Lause, C.M. officiating. Burial in the Mount Hope Cemetery.

Memorial preference is to the Parkinson’s Fund or St. Vincent de Paul School System.
