Joseph Favier Funeral service will be held Friday, Oct. 29, 1999 for 58-year-old Joseph Favier of Perryville who died Wednesday, Oct. 27, 1999 at his residence. He was born on Feb. 12, 1941 in St. Mary, Mo., the son of the late Glen J., and Rita (Bach) Favier who survives in Perryville. He was married to Darlene Orth. She survives in Perryville. Children surviving are: Ricky Favier, Sandra Clifton, Robin Jones and Penny Favier, all of Perryville. One brother and four sisters survive: Jerry Favier of Perryville; Shirley blechle of Old Appleton; Rita Rubel of Perryville; Jane Wright of New Orleans, La.; and Glenda OFarrell of Doe Run, Mo. Nine grandchildren also survive. He was preceded in death by an infant son, Kenny; a grandson Clifton; and a daughter-in-law Sheila Favier. He was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church and River Hills Eagles Lodge #4034. He was a booster member of AmVets Post 94 and American Legion Post 133. Visitation will be Thursday from 6-9 p.m. and Friday from 6:30-9:30 a.m. at Young and Sons Funeral Home. Parish wake service Thursday at 7 p.m., rosary at 8:30 a.m. Friday. Funeral Mass for Joseph Favier will be held Friday at 10 a.m. at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. Rev. Richard Lause CM officiating. Burial will be in Mount Hope cemetery. Memorial preference is to Garden of Hope, Kidney Cancer Research, Hospice, or St. Vincent de Paul. |
