Amanda E. Mehner

A funeral will be held Monday, September 20th, 1999 for 87-year-old Amanda E. Mehner of Ozark who died Friday, September 17th, at the Ozark Riverview Manor in Ozark.

She was born November 1st, 1911 in Crosstown, the daughter of Karl and Emilie (Hacker) Kirmse, who both preceded in death.

She married Harry Mehner on September 15th, 1940. He preceded in death.

She is survived by a son: Hilbert Mehner of Perryville and a daughter: Maxine (Mrs. Tommy) Trantham of Ozark.

Five grandchildren and one great grandchild survive.

She was also preceded in death by a brother and two half-brothers.

She was a member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Perryville, was baptized at Salem Lutheran Church in Farrar and later confirmed at Zion Lutheran Church in Crosstown on April 9th, 1925.

Visitation will be Sunday from 5-9 p.m. and Monday from 6:30-9 a.m. at the Young and Sons Chapel in Perryville.

A funeral for 87-year-old Amanda E. Mehner of Perryville will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at the Zion Lutheran Church in Crosstown. Burial in the church cemetery. The Rev. Craig Otto will officiate.

Memorials are preferred to the Zion Lutheran Church in Crosstown.
