Lillian M. Kasten Funeral service will be held Wednesday, September 29, 1999 for 79-year-old Lillian M. Kasten of Perryville who died Sunday at her residence. She was born on March 24, 1920 in Perry County, the daughter of the late Michael and Frances (Lintner) Popp. She married Elmer Kasten on September 27, 1986. He survives in Perryville. Two stepdaughters survive: Judy Cahoon of Pleasanton, Cal., and Bonnie Boehnke of Kennewick, Washington. Six step-grandchildren and 10 step-great-grandchildren also survive. She was a member, greeter, Sunday school teacher and prayer chain member at Immanuel Lutheran Church and member of LWML and American Legion Post 133 auxiliary in Perryville. Visitation will be Wednesday from 5-9 p.m. and Thursday from 6:30-9:30 a.m. at Young and Sons Funeral Home. Funeral service for Lillian M. Kasten will be held Thursday, September 30, 1999 at 11:00 a.m. at Immanuel Lutheran Church. Rev. Craig Otto officiating. Burial in the church cemetery. Memorial preference is to Immanual Sunday School, Immanuel radio broadcast or Southeast Hospice. |
