Funeral service will be held Thursday, Jan. 13, 2000 for 89-year-old Leola M. Blechle of Perryville who died Jan. 10 at Perry Oaks Healthcare Center.

She was born on Feb. 10, 1910 in Perry County, the daughter of the late Charles H. and Mary Ada (Warren) Cox.

She was married to Walter Blechle. He preceded her in death.

Two sisters and one brother survive: Lillian McCarthy of Brazoria, Texas; Irma Peters of Festus; and Odell H. Cox of Ste. Genevieve.

She was a member of First Baptist Church in Perryville.

Visitation will be Wednesday from 4-9 p.m. and on Thursday from 6:30-11 a.m. at Young and Sons Funeral Home.

Funeral service for Leola M. Blechle will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. Young and Sons Chapel. Rev. Don Estes will officiate. Burial will be in the Home Cemetery.

Memorial preference is to First Baptist Church in Perryville.
