Stephen Tyler Groff A graveside service will be held Wednesday, July 12th for Stephen Tyler Groff of Perryville who was stillborn Thursday, July 6th at Perry County Memorial Hospital. His parents survive him: Jared Danny and Tabetha Ann (Merick) Groff of Perryville. A sister also survives him: Dawn Groff of Perryville. Surviving paternal grandparents are Eldon and Patsy Groff of Biehle and maternal grandparents Terry and Dorothy Cox of Perryville. A paternal great grandfather also survives him: Bill Lily of New Madrid; also maternal great grandmother Evelyn Paul of Perryville and maternal great grandparents Floyd and Joyce Taylor of Lithium. He was preceded in death by paternal great grandparents Evelyn and Eugene Groff, paternal great grandmother Mrs. Bill Lily and maternal great grandfathers Wesley Paul and Clyde Cox. A graveside service for Stephen Tyler Groff of Perryville will be held at 9 a.m. Wednesday July 12th at the Home Cemetery. The Rev. Craig Otto will officiate.
