Mary Louise Flynn Funeral service will be held Monday, Oct. 2, 2000 for 92-year-old May Louise Flynn of Perryville who died Thursday, Sept. 28 at Perry County Memorial Hospital. She was born on Oct. 6, 1907 in Perryville, the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Ellen (Pouyer) Miget. She was married to Wilson H. Flynn. He preceded her in death. Children surviving are Carol L. Warren of St. Louis; Margie Ann Combs of St. Louis; Betty Jean Doderique of St. Louis; and Richard W. Flynn of Jacksonville, Al. Three sisters survive, Lunette Willer, Sylvia Schutte and Louise Willard, all of Cape Girardeau. Six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and one great great-grandchild also survive. Five brothers, Harry, Lonnie, Joseph, Frank and Bert Miget; two sisters, Mildred Jones and Marie Koester; and one granddaughter, Cheryl, preceded her in death. She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church and Ladies Sodality. Visitation will be from 2:30-8:00 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 1 and on Monday, Oct. 2 from 6:30-9:30 a.m. at Young and Sons Funeral Home. Parish wake Sunday at 7 p.m. Funeral Mass for May Louise Flynn will be held Monday, Oct. 2, 2000 at 10 a.m. at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic church. Burial in the Home Cemetery. Memorial preference is to the American Heart Association or American Cancer Society. |
