A funeral will be held Tuesday, July 10th, 2001 for 89-year-old Flora L. Heins of Perryville who died Sunday, July 8th at her residence.

She was born June 21st, 1912 in Jacob, Illinois, the daughter of Theodore and Molly (Stueve) Grode, who both preceded her in death.

She married Alfons L. Heins on May 27th, 1931. He preceded in death.

A daughter, Loretta Moeckel of Perryville, survives her.

Three grandchildren and their spouses survive: Dr. Keith and Shelly Moeckel, Vickie and Bill Surman and Toni and Duane Moll.

Eight great grandchildren survive.

One son in law, Dr. Russell Moeckel; a brother, Raymond Grode; and two sisters, Susie Hollman and Irene Morgan, also preceded her in death.

Visitation will be from 4-9 p.m. this (Monday, July 9th) afternoon and evening and from 6:30-8:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 10th at the Young and Sons Chapel.

A funeral for 89-year-old Flora L. Heins of Perryville will be held Tuesday, July 10th at 10 a.m. at the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Perryville. Burial will be in the Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery. The Rev. Matthew Marks will officiate.

Memorials are preferred for the Immanuel Lutheran School or church.
