A funeral will be held Saturday, June 9th, 2001 for 78-year-old Lena C. Hill who died Thursday, June 7th at the National Health Care Center in St. Charles.

She was born November 28th, 1912 in Pike County, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Russell Griffin.

She married Harry M. Hill. He preceded in death.

She is survived by three sons: David Hill of Clayton, Milton Andy Hill of St. Charles and Lee Hill of San Pedro, California.

She is also survived by two brothers: John Griffith of Clarksville and Birdie Griffith of St. Charles.

One step grandson also survives.

She was also preceded in death by two sisters.

She was a homemaker.

A funeral for 78-year-old Lena C. Hill of St. Charles will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Whitewater Christian Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The Rev. Keith McCrary will officiate.

Funeral arrangements are by the Miller Family Funeral Home.
