Funeral service will be held Saturday, March 17, 2001 for 94-year-old Martin H. Brickhaus of Perryville who died Wednesday, March 14 at Perry County Memorial Hospital.

He was born on Oct. 1, 1906 in Perry County, the son of the late Frederick and Louisa (Lowes) Brickhaus.

Many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews survive him.

Eight brothers preceded him in death William F., Johan H.E., Reinhardt F., Herman H., Henry "Ed", Henry Herman, George "Frank", and Ferdinand T., and one sister, Johanna.

He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church and Perry County Farm Bureau.

Visitation will be Friday, March 16 from 3:30-9:00 p.m. and on Saturday, March 17 from 6:30-9:00 a.m. at Young and Sons chapel.

Funeral service for Martin H. Brickhaus will be held Saturday, March 17, 2001 at Immanuel Lutheran Church at 10:30 a.m. Rev. Marks will officiate. Burial will be in the Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery.

Memorial preference is to KFUO.
