A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 31st, 2001 for 61-year-old Truman D. Allen of Caseyville, Illinois, formerly of Perryville who died Tuesday, March 27th in St. Louis County.

He was born March 8th, 1940 in Cedar Fork, the son of Lawrence and Launieta (Favier) Allen who both preceded in death.

Two daughters survive him: Lauretta Allen and Lanette Allen, both of St. Louis.

Two-step daughters survive: Leslie Meyer of St. Louis and Robyn Little of Barnhart.

Two brothers also survive him: Delbert Allen of Ste. Genevieve and Milo Allen of Marble Hill.

Two sisters survive: Trudi Lane and Lois Jean Fritsche, both of Perryville.

Six grandchildren survive.

Four brothers also preceded him in death.

He was a tile setter.

Visitation will be 9-11 a.m. Saturday, March 31st at the Cedar Fork Church.

A memorial service for 61-year-old Truman D. Allen, formerly of Perryville, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 31st at the Cedar Fork Church. Burial will be in the Cedar Fork Cemetery. The Rev. Thomas Bass will officiate.

Memorials are preferred to the American Cancer Society.
