Carl Henry Bangert A funeral will be held Saturday, December 1st for 86-year-old Carl Henry Bangert of Perryville, formerly of Friedheim, who died today, Wednesday, November 28th, at the Perry Oaks Manor in Perryville. He was born May 9th, 1915 in Bollinger County, the son of Christian "Fritz" and Martha (Bangert) Bangert, who both preceded him in death. He is survived by three nephews and their wives: Chalmer and Linda Lohmann and Palmer and Sandy Lohmann, all of Perryville and Paul and Delores Lohmann of St. Charles. He is also survived by two nieces and one of the niece's husband, Lawanna and Ivan Moore of Sikeston and JoAnn Zoellner of Perryville Several great nieces and nephews also survive him. Two sisters and their husbands also preceded him in death: Emma and Arthur Lohmann and Ida and Rudy Lohmann and two infant siblings. He was a retired livestock and agriculture farmer. He was a former member of the Trinity Lutheran Church in Friedheim and was a member of the Grace Lutheran Church in Uniontown at the time of his death. Visitation will be Friday, November 30th from 4-8 p.m. and Saturday, December 1st from 6:30-9:30 a.m. at the Young and Sons Funeral Home Chapel in Perryville. A funeral for 86-year-old Carl Henry Bangert of Perryville, formerly of Friedheim will be held Saturday, December 1st at 11:30 a.m. at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Friedheim. Burial will be in the Trinity Lutheran Church cemetery. The Rev. Paul Winningham will officiate. Memorials are preferred to KFUO or the American Cancer Society. |
