A private funeral service will be held for 62-year-old Joseph L. Jordan of St. Mary who died Saturday, October 6th at his residence.

He was born May 20, 1939 in St. Louis, the son of the late Joseph L. and Pearl (Weeks) Jordan who survives in Herculaneum.

He is also survived by three daughters and two sons: Sandy Rivers of Boise, Montana; Donna Jordan of Columbia; Gary Jordan of Fredericktown; Patricia Jordan of Clarksville; and James Jordan of the state of Tennessee.

Four brothers and one sister also survive: Cecil Jordan, Randy Jordan, Douglas Jordan and Linda Jordan, all of St. Louis and Donald Jordan of the state of Arkansas.

Thirteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren also survive him.

He was also preceded in death by one son, Dennis Jordan.

He was a former member of Masonic Lodge No. 670, A.F. and A.M. and the Shriners.

Services are under the direction of the Young and Sons Funeral Home in Perryville.
