Ralph O. Anderson

Funeral service will be held Friday, September 7, 2001 for 93-year-old Ralph O. Anderson of Perryville who died Tuesday, Sept. 4 at Perry County Nursing Home.

He was born on September 27, 1907 in Perry County, the son of the late Bob and Maude (Hudson) Anderson.

He was married to LaVesta M. (Reeves) Thoms Anderson. She survives in Perryville.

Two sons and daughters-in-law and one daughter and son-in-law survive: Ray F. and Carlene Anderson of Columbia; Donald W. and Joan Thoms of Ste. Genevieve; and Alma Bernice and Ronald J. Richardet of Perryville.

Also surviving is one sister, Alma I. Franklin, of Silver Lake, Mo.

Six grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren also survive.

One brother preceded him in death.

He was a member of United Methodist church in Perryville, Order of Eastern Star 338 and Masonic Lodge 226 AF & AM, both in St. Mary.

Visitation will be Thursday, September 6 between 4-9 p.m. and on Friday from 6:30-9:15 p.m. at Young and Sons chapel. The Eastern Star will meet Thursday at 7:00 p.m. and there will be Masonic Service at 7:30 p.m. Thursday.

Funeral service for Ralph O. Anderson will beheld Friday, September 7, 2001 at 11:00 a.m. at United Methodist Church Rev. Michael Kelpe will officiate. Burial will be in the Home cemetery.

Memorial preference is to the building fund or United Methodist Church in Perryville.
