A funeral will be held Tuesday, June 4th, 2002 for 51-year-old Joy Kay Halpin of Fredericktown who died Saturday, June 1st, at her home.

She was born October 26th, 1950 in Cape Girardeau, the daughter of Byron and Gladys (Holmes) Lorenz. They preceded her in death.

Her children, Kevin Halpin of Fredericktown and Robin Miller of Perryville, survive her.

She is also survived by one sister, Geraldine Tharp of Perryville and three grandchildren, Bryan, Leah and Kyle Thompson, all of Perryville.

She was employed at Flat River Glass Company for many years and was a member of the Steelworkers Union.

She was a member of the Pentecostal Church.

Visitation will be 4-9 this (Monday, June 3rd) afternoon and evening at the Huffman-Wilson Funeral Home.

A funeral for 51-year-old Joy Kay Halpin of Fredericktown will be held Tuesday, June 4th at 2 p.m. at the Huffman-Wilson Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Cedar Fork Cemetery in Perryville. The Rev. N. P. Talbert will officiate.
