Funeral service will be held Saturday, June 22, 2002 for 89-year-old Iceal E. Brewer of Perryville who died Wednesday, June 19 at Perry County Nursing Home.

She was born on Jan. 19, 1913 in Chaffee, Mo., the daughter of the late William and Rosella (Lancaster) Mowry.

She was married to Jesse S. Brewer on July 4, 1932. Hr survives in Perryville.

Three sons and daughters-in-law and six daughters and four sons-in-law survive. Glen and Pauline Brewer of Perryville; George and Linda Brewer of St. Mary; Thomas and Artie Brewer of Perryville; Marie and Lawrence Johnson of Sedgewickville; Mildred and Olen Hayes of St. Mary; Irene and Joe Bollinger of Fredericktown; Ruby and Robert Kluender of Perryville; Jane Garland of Perryville; and Velda Friese of Perryville.

Four sisters survive, Alberta Cissell of Perryville; Estlea Deweese of Perryville; Pearl Otte of St. Mary; and Josephine Coppaway of Perryville.

Twenty-five grandchildren, 50 great-grandchildren, five great great-grandchildren, and several step-grandchildren also survive.

She was preceded in death by one great-grandson, three brothers, four sisters and two infant sisters.

Visitation will be on Friday, June 21 from 4:00-9:00 p.m. and on Saturday, June 22 from 6:30-8:15 a.m. at Young and Sons Chapel. Catholic wake service will be Friday at 7:30 p.m.

Funeral Mass for Iceal E. Brewer will be held Saturday, June 22, 2002 at 9:00 a.m. at Christ the Savior Catholic Church in Brewer. Rev. Felipe Martinez C.M. will officiate. Burial will be in the Mount Hope Cemetery.

Memorial preference is to the American Heart Association.
