A funeral will be held Tuesday, September 24th, 2002 for 90-year-old Sylvia S. Henderson of Perryville who died Saturday, September 21st at St. Anthony's Medical Center.

She was born October 8th, 1911 in Perry County, the daughter of Raymond and Sara E. (McDowell) Skaggs who both preceded her in death.

She married James E. Henderson on May 11th, 1933. He preceded her in death.

She is survived by two brothers, Roy Skaggs of Cape Girardeau and Paul Skaggs of St. Louis.

She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded by a sister, Ethel Hoff.

She was employed at International Shoe Company.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Perryville.

Visitation will be 4:30-9 p.m. this (Monday) afternoon and evening and 6:30-10 a.m. Tuesday, September 24th at the Young and Sons Funeral Home in Perryville.

A funeral for 90-year-old Sylvia S. Henderson of Perryville will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, September 24th at the Young and Sons Funeral Home Chapel in Perryville. Burial will be in the Home Cemetery. The Rev. Don Estes will officiate.

Memorials may be made to Shriner's Hospital for Crippled Children in St. Louis.
