Raymond G. ‘Ray’ Blaylock

A funeral will be held Saturday, December 13th, 2003 for 70-year-old Raymond G. "Ray" Blaylock of Perryville who died Wednesday, December 10th at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

He was born January 8th, 1933 in Perry County, the son of Roy G. and Bertha (Loberg) Blaylock, who both preceded him in death.

Survivors include one son and daughter in law, Michael and Rebecca Blaylock of Perryville and a grandson, Hasten Blaylock of Perryville.

He was a retired heavy equipment operator who worked for Bloomsdale Excavating Company.

He was a member of Crossroads Methodist Church, Union Local No. 513, a booster member of American Legion Post No. 133, AmVets Post No. 94 and River Hills Eagles Aerie No. 4034.

Visitation will be 4-9 p.m. Friday, December 12th and 6:30-10 a.m. Saturday, December 13th at the Young and Sons Funeral Home in Perryville.

A funeral for 70-year-old Raymond G. "Ray" Blaylock of Perryville will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, December 13th at the Young and Sons Funeral Home in Perryville. Burial will be in the Crossroads Methodist Church Cemetery in Bollinger County. The Rev. James Brice will officiate.
