Frank E. Clayton Jr. A funeral service will be held Saturday, March 1st, 2003 for 45-year-old Frank E. Clayton Jr. of Perryville who died Wednesday, February 26th at Perry County Memorial Hospital. He was born March 21st, 1957 in Cape Girardeau, the son of the late Frank E. and Ruby (Nelson) Clayton Sr., who survives in Advance. He married Julie Bey on August 26th, 1995. She survives in Perryville. He is also survived by two daughters and one son, Casey Clayton, Shawn Hotop and Shelby Hotop, all of Perryville. One brother, Mike Clayton of Bloomfield, and three sisters, Diane Loveless and Marsha Paylor, both of Bloomfield and Jackie Humphrey of Dexter, also survive. A sister, Kimberly, also preceded him in death. He was a welding inspector for Robinson Construction. He was member of the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Perryville, a U.S. Navy veterans, member of the Knights of Columbus Council No. 7063 in Advance and Elks Lodge No. 2701 in Perryville. Visitation will be 4-9 p.m. Friday, February 28th and 6:30-9:40 a.m. Saturday, March 1st at the Young and Sons Funeral Home in Perryville. A parish wake will be held at 5 p.m. and an Elks wake at 5:45 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. The rosary will be held at 9 a.m. Saturday. A funeral for 45-year-old Frank E. Clayton Jr. of Perryville will be held at 10 a.m. at the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Perryville. Burial will be in the Mt. Hope Cemetery with military graveside honors. The Rev. Kevin Fausz, CM, will officiate.
