Edward Albert Graff

A funeral will be held Wednesday, January 8th, 2003 for 76-year-old Edward Albert Graff of Perryville, who died Sunday, January 5th, 2003 at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

He was born March 31st, 1926 in Perry County, the son of the late Vincent "Elmo" and Mary Etta (Tricky) Graff.

He married Alta Erwin on December 19th, 1954. She survives in Perryville.

He is also survived by two brothers and three sisters: Arthur Graff, Christian "Dale" Graff, Ruth Kiefer, Mae Dubois, all of Perryville and Verna Reed of Florida.

Many nieces and nephews also survive.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Edna Bishop and a half brother, Leonard Graff.

He worked as a brick layer at Mississippi Lime Company. He was also a U.S. Marine Veteran of World War II, a member of the Lithium Baptist Church, the Masonic Lodge and Master Trapper.

Visitation will be 4-9 p.m. Tuesday, January 7th, 2003 and 6:30 a.m.-2 p.m. Wednesday, January 8th, 2003 at the Young and Sons Funeral Home in Perryville. A Masonic Service will be held Tuesday at 7 p.m. at the funeral home.

A funeral for 76-year-old Edward Albert Graff of Perryville will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, January 8th at the Young and Sons Chapel with Reverends Jerry McBride and Don Estes co-officiating.

Burial will be in the Home Cemetery with Military Graveside Services provided by the Marine Corps.
