Anna J. Gremaud

Funeral service will be held Saturday, March 22, 2003 for 91-year-old Anna J. Gremaud who died Tuesday, March 18 at Perry County Nursing Home.

She was born on March 9, 1912 in Belgique, the daughter of the late John and Mary Cornelius DePauw.

She was married to Oliver Gremaud on July 28, 1931. He preceded her in death in August 1984.

Two sons and one daughter survive, Ronald Gremaud, Donald Gremaud, and Nancy Doza, all of Perryville.

One sister, Deets Martens, survives in Perryville.

Also surviving are 17 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.

Five sisters, three brothers and one grandchild preceded her in death.

Mrs. Gremaud owned and operated Gremaud’s General Store.

She was a member of Our Lady of Victory Parish in Sereno and a member of the Ladies Sodality.

Visitation will be from 4:00-9:00 p.m. on Friday, march 21 at the Miller Family Funeral Home in Perryville. Parish wake will be at 7:00 p.m. visitation will continue on Saturday, from 6:30-9:30 a.m. The rosary will be recited at 9:00 a.m. at the funeral home.

Funeral service for Anna J. Gremaud will be held Saturday, march 22, 2003 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Victory Church. Rev. Frank Agnew, CM will officiate. Burial will be in the Mount Hope Cemetery.
