Larry A. Buchheit

A funeral was held Tuesday, September 2nd, 2003 for 60-year-old Larry A. Buchheit of Perryville who died Saturday, August 30th, 2003 at his home near Perryville.

He was born May 31st, 1949 in Perry County, the son of the late Theodore Buchheit and Edna Meyer Buchheit who survives in Apple Creek.

Survivors also include: two sons, Mark Buchheit of St. Louis and Brian Buchheit of Fenton; five brothers, Clarence "Sonny" Buchheit of Perryville, Earl Buchheit of Cape Girardeau, Kenny Buchheit of Apple Creek, Allen Buchheit of Perryville and Ronnie Buchheit of Wentzville; a sister, Stella Moore of St. Louis; and four grandchildren.

He was retired from General Motors Corporation and a member of the Perryville Elks and River Hills Eagles of Perryville.

A funeral mass for 60-year-old Larry A. Buchheit of Perryville was held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, September 2nd at the St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Silver Lake. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The Rev. Kevin P. Fausz, CM, officiated.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.

The Miller Family Funeral Home was in charge of the funeral arrangements.
