Verna May Hiller

Funeral service will be held Friday, April 18, 2003 for 69-year-old Verna May Hiller of Perryville who dies Tuesday, April 15 at Perry County Memorial Hospital.

She was born on Feb. 25, 1934 in Cape Girardeau, the daughter of the late Roy Wallace and Viola Josephine Leonard Hamilton.

She was married to Robert B. Hiller on Nov. 1, 1953. He survives in Perryville.

One son, Robert W. Hiller, survives in Ellis Grove, Ill. One daughter, Vicki S. McCree, survives in Flower Mound, Tex.

Surviving are three brothers, James Hamilton of Flatwoods, KY; and Paul Hamilton and Clifford Hamilton, both of California; and one sister, Maxine Fluegge, of Jackson, Mo.

Also surviving are five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Three brothers preceded her in death.

Mrs. Hiller was a homemaker and a member of the United Methodist Church in Perryville.

Visitation will be from 5:00-9:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 17 at the Miller Family Funeral Home. Visitation will continue on Friday, April 18 from 6:30 a.m. until time of service.

Funeral service for Verna May Hiller will be held Friday, April 18, 2003 at 2:00 p.m. at the Miller Family Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Jerry Miller will officiate. Burial will be in the Home Cemetery.
