A funeral will be held Sunday, January 2nd, 2005 for 89-year-old Elva S. Heeszel of Frohna, who died today (Wednesday, December 29^th) at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau.

She was born December 13th, 1915 in Frohna, the daughter of Robert and Louise (Wachter) Gemeinhardt, who both preceded her in death.

Survivors include: a son and daughter in law, Robert and Helen Heeszel of St. Louis; and two granddaughters and their spouses, Sara and Adam Wedel, and Susan and Doug Fiehler.

A brother preceded her in death.

She was a homemaker, and a member of the Concordia Lutheran Church in Frohna. She was also a member of Ladies’ Aid and the LWML.

Visitation will be 3 to 8 p.m. Saturday, January 1^st, 2005, and Sunday, January 2^nd from 8 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. at the Young and Sons Chapel in Perryville.

Funeral services for 89-year-old Elva S. Heeszel of Frohna will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, January 2nd at the Concordia Lutheran Church in Frohna, with burial in the church cemetery. The Rev. Wayne Palmer will officiate.

Memorials may be made to the Concordia Lutheran Church Remodeling Fund or to the Lutheran Home.
