Graveside funeral services will be held Saturday, February 7th, 2004, for 77-year-old Lawrence W. Coppaway of Perryville, who passed away Thursday, February 5th in Potosi.

He was born October 28th, 1926 in Perry County, the son of the late William and Mary (Cambron) Coppaway.

Survivors include 6 daughters: Carolyn Garms of Scott City; Marilyn Toler, Lori Coppaway, and Connie Beckerman, all of Perryville; Linda Wheeler of St. Louis; and Karen Patton of Wentzville. Also surviving are two sons: Terry Coppaway of Gwynnville, Indiana; and Scott Coppaway of Perryville.

14 grandchildren also survive.

Coppaway was a self-employed truck driver, and a World War II veteran, serving in the United States Navy.

There will be no public visitation.

Graveside funeral services for 77-year-old Lawrence Coppaway of Perryville will br held at 1 p.m. Saturday, February 7th, at the Home Cemetery in Perryville. The Reverend Kevin Fausz, C. M. will preside.
