A funeral will be held Wednesday, February 2nd, 2005 for 51-year-old Elbert W. Bohnert of Perryville, who died Monday, January 31st at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

He was born January 2nd, 1954 in Perry County, the son of the late Ernest Bohnert, who preceded him in death and Bernice Griep Bohnert Keller who survives in Pevely.

He married Synthia M. Flowers on August 15th, 1995 at Millersville. She survives in Perryville.

Other survivors include: two daughters and a son in law, Michelle and Delbert Riehn of Perryville and Makenzi Bohnert of Perryville; a son, Brent Bohnert of Perryville; a stepdaughter, Ashley Flowers of Millersville; four brothers, Ethan Bohnert and Edwin Bohnert, both of Bloomsdale, Eldon Bohnert Sr. of Perryville and Ernest Borgen Jr. of Champlin, Minnesota; five sisters, Joan Craft of Memphis, Tennessee, Judy Kester of Bloomsdale, Janette Nolan of Wentzville, Jennifer Baker of St. Mary and Jayne Hill of Pevely and two grandchildren, Zachery Riehn and Jordan Riehn, both of Perryville.

A brother, Erwin Bohnert and a sister, Joyce Bohnert, also preceded him in death.

He was a self-employed landscaper and Century 21 Real Estate agent.

He was a member of the Lutheran faith.

Visitation will be 4-9 p.m. this (Tuesday, February 1st) afternoon and evening and 6:30 a.m. to 1:20 p.m. Wednesday, February 2nd at the Miller Family Funeral Home in Perryville.

A funeral for 51-year-old Elbert W. Bohnert of Perryville will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, February 2nd, 2005 at the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Perryville. Burial will be in the Mount Hope Cemetery. The Rev. William Thess will officiate.
