Wilson Lee Denton Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 20th, 2005 for 77-year-old Wilson Lee Denton of Libby, MT, formerly of Perryville, who died Tuesday, July 12th, 2005 at the Libby Care Center. He was born March 16th, 1928 in Essex, the son of James and Elizabeth (Sweet) Denton. They preceded him in death. He married Ioma Horn November 23rd, 1946. She survives in Libby. Survivors include: four sons and daughters in law, Ronnie and Ellen Denton of Bowling Green, KY, Gerry and Margaret Denton of Marble Hill, Bill and Sharon Denton of Troy, MT, and Randy and Betty Denton of Perryville; a daughter and son in law, Bonnie and Alan Bryson of Libby; two brothers, James Denton of Mayville, MI, and Hubert Denton of Jackson; two sisters, Myrtle of Russellville, AL, and Dorothy of Marble Hill; 15 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews. He worked in the plumbing, heating, air conditioning and sheet metal trades, and was a talented carpenter and mechanic. He flew model airplanes, taught others how to fly, and enjoyed gardening. He was a former member of the Sedgewickville Baptist Church, and a member of the First baptist Church in Libby. Visitation is from 1-8 p.m. Tuesday, July 19th, 2005, and from 9 a.m.-noon Wednesday, July 20th, 2005 at the Young and Sons Chapel in Perryville. Funeral services for 77-year-old Wilson Lee Denton of Libby, MT, formerly of Perryville, will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, July 20th, 2005 at the Sedgewickville Baptist Church. The Rev. Tommy Knodell will officiate. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. |
