A funeral will be held Saturday, March 12th, 2005 for 87-year-old Stella Marie Foster of Perryville who died today, Thursday, March 10th, at the Ste. Genevieve Care Center.

She was born July 15^th, 1917 in Menfro, the daughter of Will and Margaret (Streiler) Walker. They preceded her in death.

She married Dennis B. Foster August 20^th, 1935. He preceded her in death.

Survivors include: two sons and daughters in law, Stephen and Georgia Foster of Perryville, Sidney and Mary Kay Foster of Ste. Genevieve; three daughters and sons in law, Gladys and Thomas Thomure and Regina and Gary Armbruster, all of St. Mary, and Shirley and Robert Sadler of Palmer, TX; a brother, James Walker of St. Louis; 35 grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a brother and three sisters.

She was a member of the Belgique Sodality, and the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church in Belgique.

Visitation from 4-9 p.m. Friday, March 11^th, and 6:30-10 a.m. Saturday, March 12th at the Young and Sons Funeral Home in Perryville.

A funeral for 87-year-old Stella Marie Foster of Perryville will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 12th at the Young and Sons chapel in Perryville. Burial will be in the St. James Catholic Cemetery, Crosstown. The Reverend Alphonse Hoernig will officiate.
