Elva V. Huber A funeral will be held Friday, April 21st, 2006 for 95-year-old Elva V. Huber of Perryville, who died Monday, April 17th, 2006 at Perry County Memorial Hospital.
She married Vallie J. Huber November 27th, 1930. He preceded her in death. She is survived by two daughters and a son in law, June and Carl "Corky" Lueckel and Patricia Huber, all of Perryville; two sons and daughters in law, Dale and Pat Huber, Larry and Kathy Huber, all of Perryville; 13 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, and 6 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three sisters. She was employed earlier in life by the Ollie Moore Dress Factory. She was a member of the Our Lady of Victory parish in Sereno, a member of the Our Lady of Victory Sodality and Daughters of Isabella, along with the American Legion and V. F. W. auxiliaries. Visitation will be from 5-9 p.m. Thursday, April 20th, and from 6:30-9:30 a.m. Friday, April 21st at the Miller Family Funeral Home in Perryville. A parish wake with the Daughters of Isabella will be held Thursday at 7 p.m., and the Rosary will be recited at 9 a.m. Friday, all at the funeral home. A funeral for 95-year-old Elva V. Huber of Perryville will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, April 21st, 2006 at the Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church in Sereno. The Rev. Francis Agnew will officiate. Burial will follow in Perryville’s Mount Hope Cemetery. You may make memorials to the Our Lady of Victory Parish. |
