James Hutchinson A graveside service will be held Saturday, February 11th, 2006 for 72-year-old James Hutchinson of Perryville, who died Tuesday, February 7th, 2006 at the Perry County Nursing Home.
He married Gracie Perigo. She preceded her in death. He is survived by four daughters, Julie Comte of Perryville, Vickie Saunders, Tracey Hutchinson, both of Granite City, IL, Kathy Hutchinson of Belton, TX; a son, Phillip Hutchinson of Perryville; four grandchildren, whom he helped raise, Joshua, Timothy, Thomas and Sarah Hutchinson; five sisters, Brenda Douglas of Perryville, Diane Farmer of Granite City, IL, Dorothy Cristel of Edwardsville, IL, Frances Moore of Colorado, Ruby Kindell of Desark, MO; 15 more grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two brothers and infant twin sisters. He had been disabled for several years. Before that, he had been a ‘hot walker’ for the Fairmont Park Race Track, and an Army veteran of the Korean conflict. He was of the Protestant faith. Visitation is from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday, February 11th at the Miller Family Funeral Home in Perryville. A graveside service for 72-year-old James Hutchinson of Perryville will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, February 11th, 2006 at the Whitewater Christian Cemetery in Perry County. The Rev. Alan Martin will officiate. American Legion Post 133 will provide military graveside honors. Memorials to family choice. |
