Funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday, February 21^st, 2006 for 98-year-old Pat Gagnepain of Perryville, who died today (Friday, February 17^th, 2006) at the Perry County Nursing Home.

She was born April 15^th, 1907 in Perry County, the daughter of August and Elbertine (May) Reiss. They preceded her in death.

She married Monroe Gagnepain April 6^th, 1931. He preceded her in death.

She is survived by a daughter and son in law, Susan and John Vogt of Crestwood; a brother, Elvis Reiss of Perryville; a sister, Ann Marie Sweany of Clearwater, FL; three grandchildren, John P., Tricia and husband Mike Roth, Susanne Vogt and fiancée Mike Derenski; great grandchildren Logan and Adam Roth.

A sister, Mae Moore, and two brothers, Clarence and Bill, preceded her in death.

She was a skiver at International Shoe, a member of the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus Ladies’ Auxiliary and Ladies of Charity.

Visitation is from 4-8:30 p.m. Monday, February 20^th, and from 6:30-9:30 a.m. Tuesday, February 21^st at the Young and Sons Chapel in Perryville. A Catholic Wake will be held Monday at 7 p.m.

Funeral Mass for 98-year-old Pat Gagnepain of Perryville will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday, February 21^st, 2006 at the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Perryville. The Revs. Kevin Fausz and John Gagnepain will officiate.

Burial will follow in the Mount Hope Cemetery.
