Roy S. Brown A funeral will be held Wednesday, March 8th, 2006 for 74-year-old Roy S. Brown of Perryville, who died Monday, March 6th, 2006 at his home.
He married Eva Montgomery December 4th, 1954. She survives in Perryville. Also surviving: six daughters, Karen Liles of Festus, Sherry Castile of Barnhart, Denise Boesing of Cedar Hill, Carol Mason of Perryville, Brenda Reed of Hillsboro, Donna Lyeki of Imperial; a son, Roy Brown; 20 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by three brothers, seven sisters, a grandchild, and a great great grandchild. He was employed as a molder with Exide Foundry until his retirement. He served in the Korean conflict as a member of the U. S. Army. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, March 7th, and from 6:30-10 a.m. Wednesday, March 8th at the Miller Family Funeral Home in Perryville. A funeral for 74-year-old Roy S. Brown of Perryville will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 8th, 2006 at the Miller Family Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Alan Martin will officiate. Burial will follow in the Whitewater Cemetery. American Legion Post 133 will provide Military Graveside Honors. You may make memorials to the American Lung Association or the charity of your choice. |
