Funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday, June 1^st, 2006 for 63-year-old Jimmy R. Jennings of Perryville, who died Saturday, May 27^th, 2006 at his home.

He was born September 9^th, 1942, the son of Otis and Blanche (Hulin) Jennings. They preceded him in death.

He is survived by a brother, Norman Jennings of Savannah, TN; a sister, Martha Beckham of Waynesboro, TN; many close friends.

He had a Master of Arts degree in history, teaching at both Perryville and Ste. Genevieve Schools, and tutoring several students. He was also a professor at the Perryville Higher Education Center.

He was a member of the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Perryville.

Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday, May 31^st, and 6:30-9:50 a.m. Thursday, June 1^st at the Miller Family Funeral Home in Perryville. A Parish Wake will be held at the funeral home at 7 p.m. Wednesday.

Funeral Mass for 63-year-old Jimmy R. Jennings of Perryville will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday, June 1^st, 2006 at the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Perryville. The Rev. Kevin Fausz will officiate.

Burial will follow in the Mount Hope Cemetery.
