Lucille E. Hayden A funeral will be held Tuesday, May 9th, 2006 for 92-year-old Lucille E. Hayden of Cape Girardeau, formerly of Perryville, who died Sunday, May 7th at Auburn Creek Assisted Living in Cape Girardeau.
She married J. Aloysius "Wish" Hayden in 1933 in Perryville. He preceded her in death. She is survived by two sons: Stanley J. Hayden of Hillsboro and Michael L. Hayden of Jackson; two daughters, Norma Jean Hitt of St. Peters and Bonnie Louise Laney of Atlanta, Georgia; 11 grandchildren and five great grandchildren. She owned and operated Hayden's Upholstery Shop for 40 years. She was an avid quilter. She was a member of the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Perryville. Visitation will be 5-9 this (Monday, May 8th) evening and 6:30-9:50 a.m. Tuesday at the Miller Family Funeral Home in Perryville. A parish wake will be held at 7 this evening. The rosary will be recited at 9 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. A funeral for 92-year-old Lucille E. Hayden of Perryville will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, May 9th at the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Perryville. Burial will be in the Mount Hope Cemetery. The rev. Kevin P. Fausz CM will officiate. Memorials may be made to the Auburn Creek Recreation Fund. |
