Elmer Benjamin Bock A funeral will be held Sunday, February 25th, 2007 for 92-year-old Elmer Benjamin Bock of Uniontown, who died today, Thursday, February 22nd, at St. Francis Medical Center.
He married Erna A. Hemmann on May 19th, 1945. She survives in Uniontown. He is also survived by a son and daughter in law, Gene and Leona Bock of Uniontown; two daughters and sons in law, Dianna and Jr. Reisenbichler of Jackson and Margie and Eddie Burkart of Hanceville, Alabama; seven grandchildren and one great grandchild. He was also preceded in death by a granddaughter, Emy; a sister, Hedwig Popp and a brother, Ernest J. Bock. He was a lifetime agriculture and livestock farmer. He was a lifetime member of Grace Lutheran Church in Uniontown. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Saturday, February 24th and 8-11:15 a.m. Sunday, February 25th at the Young and Sons Funeral Home in Perryville. A funeral for 92-year-old Elmer B. Bock of Uniontown, will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday, February 25th at the Grace Lutheran Church in Uniontown. The Rev. Paul Winningham will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Grace Lutheran Church Organ Fund or to Saxony Lutheran High School or to the Altenburg Lutheran Heritage Center. |
