A funeral will be held Friday, March 16th, 2007 for 88-year-old Bernice Anna Buchheit of Perryville, who died today, (Tuesday, March 13th, 2007) at the Perry County Nursing Home.

She was born in 1918, the daughter of Henry and Henrietta (Tucker) Henderson, who both preceded her in death.

She married Arnold W. Buchheit in 1940. He preceded her in death.

She is survived by a daughter and son in law, Irene and Harold Gibbar of Summerfield, Florida; three grandchildren, Brent and Mark Gibbar and Wendy Sutton and two great grandchildren, Carson and Weston Sutton.

She was also preceded in death by four brothers, Percy, Bernard, Arthur and Clyde.

She was a retired inspector from Prince Gardner.

She was a member of the Christ the Savior Catholic Church in Brewer and the VFW Auxiliary.

Visitation will be 8-10:30 a.m. Friday, March 16th at the Young and Sons Funeral Home in Perryville.

A funeral mass for 88-year-old Bernice Anna Buchheit of Perryville, will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Friday, March 16th at the Christ the Savior Catholic Church in Brewer. Burial will be in the Mount Hope Cemetery. The Rev. Felipe Martinez will officiate.

Memorials may be made to a charity of choice.
