A funeral will be held Tuesday, September 11^th, 2007 for 67-year-old Carl E. "Eddie" Duvall of Dittmer, formerly of Perryville who died Friday, September 7^th at his home.

He was born Oct. 3, 1939, at Kit Carson, Colorado, son of Carl E. and Elizabeth Beascoon Duvall who both preceded him in death.

He worked in the janitorial department for a grocery supply warehouse.

He was of the Lutheran faith. He loved the outdoors, fishing and spending time with his family.

He is survived by a daughter, Carla Duvall of Dittmer; a son, Lloyd Duvall of Pevely; four sisters, Patricia Blessing and Janet King, both of Perryville, Judy Lind of Oklahoma, Joyce Phillips of Fredericktown; a brother, Warren Boyer of Oklahoma; and two grandchildren.

He was also preceded in death by a brother.

Visitation will be 5 to 9 p.m. this (Monday, September 10^th) afternoon and evening and 8-11 a.m. Tuesday, September 11^th at the Miller Family Funeral Home in Perryville.

A funeral for 67-year-old Carl E. "Eddie" Duvall of Dittmer, formerly of Perryville will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Miller Family Funeral Home, with the Rev. David Bilgreen officiating.

Burial will be private.

Memorials may be made to a charity of choice.
